Calibration & Repair
Global Specialties offers repair services for all of its instrumentation with, or without calibration certification. NIST traceable calibration certificates are available for most of its instruments. All calibration is performed in our lab on Cheshire, CT by highly skilled technicians. Procedures, and technical information is also available for each instrument, upon request (please contact us for cost information)
Turn-around time
Repairs: 1 week evaluation. Ultimate time depends on parts availability. Most current products have a 2-week turn-around.
- Calibration: 1 week (typical)
- Repair with Calibration: 2 weeks (typical)

Global will send email with cost estimate along with your RMA number.
Shipping
- Non warranty: Customer pays for shipping
- Warranty: *Global pays for shipping (ground service only)
*Customer pays shipping on breadboard socket returns
Procedure
All repairs and/or calibrations must have a Return Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the unit to us.
1. You may call the factory 800-572-1028 for RMA #.
2. Simply fill out the RMA request on-line using the form to the right and get a RMA# via email.
